I decided it was time to finally get a hat! I’ve wanted one for ages but always used to think I wouldn’t suit one so never bothered to actually but one. I got sick of the crappy British weather ruining my hair as soon as I stepped outside so I thought it was time I invested. I headed to Topshop Oxford Circus as they have such a big range and got trying on.

I was torn between this one and a more marl grey/beige oatmeal kinda colour. As you can see I ended up with this one. Now I have no idea how I ever coped without! If you’re having a rubbish hair day simply reach for the hat and voila! I have burgundy next on my hit list and maybe also a classic black.

I recently bought this leather jacket as I was needing a new one. I picked this up for only £34.99 from good old Hennes. It’s a nice thickness and doesn’t feel cheap at all. I wanted just a nice simple black faux lather biker and this was spot on.

I got this cute little polka dot number from Primark recently too. My friend had it and I just thought it was a nice staple item. It’s good to wear with jeans as a casual look like I’ve gone for here but it’s also nice to layer under jumpers too. The Necklace was also another Primark gem that I found, it comes with a bunch of letters so you can write what you want on it. I thought it was just nice to have a simple necklace to wear when you don’t fancy wearing a big statement necklace.

The whole outfit is just casual and comfy, perfect for a day out shopping or a lunch with friends. It wasn’t the warmest day so I opted for boots. I kept within my black theme and picked out this bag. I have used this bag so much since I got it, it’s such a good size for a day bag.
