I thought as I haven’t done a nail related post for a long time that I would jump back in and give you guys a really quick and easy nail design that you can easily recreate at home.
I am, as you most probably already know nail art mad. I change my designs so often and I love experimenting and trying out new designs I’ve seen. If you follow me on instagram (@gillianleerose) you will see my designs as I do them but for those of you that don’t have it I thought I would share a few of my latest nail art creations as I haven’t done a nail related post in months!
I was playing around a few days ago, doodling away and ended up with a mix & match design. I couldn’t decide on a theme or one colour scheme so I just sat playing.
Black: Rimmel ‘Black Cab’
Yellow: Topshop ‘Bees Knees’
White: Pro Polish ‘Snow White’
I love daisy print on absolutely everything. It is such a cute print whether it’s on clothes, shoes or accessories. You see it come around Spring after Spring and people, including myself, just can’t get enough. I decided to take my love affair with daisies into my own hands and attempted adaisy print nail design. I fell in love with the end result.
I love a simple nail art design that you can sit down to do and 15 minutes later, you can walk away with fabulous looking nails! Polka dot nails, probably the easiest of all the designs to do and they always look so eye catching and cute. I often plan on doing detailed intricate new designs that I come up with but end up just doing polka dot as I love it so much.
Blue: H&M ‘Blue My Mind’
Mint: Topshop ‘Pool Party’
Topcoat: Seche Vite
I sat down to do my nails at the weekend and but I took a lifetime to decide on what I wanted. I actually started off doing galaxy nails as they always look so good and are actually unbelievably quick and easy to do. However, being the indecisive Pisces that I am I changed my mind after doing one hand and fancied something a bit brighter and more in line with Spring (even though it’s very un-Spring-like outside right now!)

I was doodling the other day and ended up at this paisley design. I apologise for the pink that’s gone astray onto my skin I was just having a little artistic sesh on my 10 mini blank canvases and ended up liking the design so much I decided to post it.

I was experimenting with some polishes and I’d seen a few of these galaxy nails around so I decided to give it a whirl. The result? One of my favourite designs I’ve done to date!
I gave my friend a Valentines/Spring mani last night. She is going away at the weekend so wanted a nice spring theme that could also tie-in with Valentines day.
