Lace ups are everywhere right now and I have the standard bodysuits with long and short sleeves but then I spotted this cute lace up sweater and loved how the trend had gone into winter territory. I initially wanted the rust version but it sold out and much to my disappointment never got restocked *sob*. I did manage to get my hands on this gorgeous go-with-everything cream version though so all was not lost.

I teamed the beaut jumper with my black ultra skinny rip knee ASOS jeans and went with a more tailored feel by wearing my point stud loafers. I used my two compartment bag and jazzed it up a touch with this large fluffy keyring. I curled my hair for a change as I never really get to do much to it in the week while I’m working so it’s nice to style it up at the weekends when I get the chance. I opted for a darker berry shade lip and just kept everything else really simple. I love this casual winters day look, it’s cosy and comfortable yet still on trend. Comfort doesn’t always equal joggers and a sweater, it can be chic too. I love this top and fingers cross River Island take pity and restock the rust version, I know 3 people who want it so there must be a ton more! Watch this space….
