Happy New Year my lovely readers!! I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas and lots of New Year celebrations with all your family and friends. I had the nicest break with my family, got some amazing prezzies, ate LOTS of food and caught up with my lovely friends over the festive period too.
I received this gorge dress from Shein a couple of weeks ago and have been waiting to get it up on the blog but the weather hasn’t been the most pleasant lately. How nice is the criss cross detail and low cut front? Something a bit different to a normal tunic dress. It’s probably a dress I will get so much more wear out of in the summer when I’m in my second home, Greece.
White however, doesn’t have to be saved solely for the Summer. If you pair it with the right things it can look amazing in winter too. I have worn so much white the last few months, it just depends how you wear it. Obviously I don’t mean going out in this dress and pretty sandals, you would probably lose your toes to frost bite. All you have to do is tweak a few elements and voila, your summer wardrobe is revived.
Here I have opted for a hat as my hair was being particularly stubborn and a hat is the quickest and simplest solution when this happens. I have added my favourite pair of boots to toughen the look up but also keep me warm. I never seem to get cold legs when I bare them in the winter, it’s more my arms and upper body. I finished it all off with my newest coat addition and absolute bargain I scored in Liverppol. It is so warm and cosy, the fact I only paid about £30 down from £64 makes it that bit nicer to wear. It’s gone down even more now too, I think it’s about £25 at the moment so go grab it! A leopard print coat is a timeless piece and can be worn with most things.
