This is such a simple dress but it’s just gorgeous. I seem to have gravitated towards all kinds of burgundy pieces over the last few weeks and it’s fast becoming my winter shade but it’s also a great colour for the summer too as the golden glow sets it off perfectly. I love cami style dresses for summer anyway as they are so easy to wear, comfotable as well as chic but this one has the extra added detail of a low cut v back with a frill overlay. I didn’t wear a necklace beacause I had a little flash tattoo which you can see pictured below. I felt a necklace would have looked too much and the little gold lotus tattoo was a nice alternative.

I wore my nude gem sandals that I lived in for the entire time, thank god I bought these because they went with my entire holiday wardrobe and I wore them almost every day. I had a nude clutch which isn’t pictured because I hadn’t decided which bag to use at this point. I went with nude to go with the sandals and keep it all very simple and minimal. I had basic quite natural make up using my L’oreal nudes pallete. I used mostly golds and very light browns and finished with a sheer L’oreal Touche Caresse lip tint in shade ‘103’. I really like this dress and can’t wait to get my golden glow back and wear it again. I’m already not enjoying the wintery weather. Without wanting to wish any time away……roll on summer 2016!
