Watch: Michael Kors
How cute is the shade of this coat?! I was shopping about and have seen this coat a few times instore, I’m surprised it didn’t sell out already as finds like this usually do. My local store seemed to have loads left, I caved and eventually decided to buy it. For a mere £25 you can’t really lose out when a coat is this pretty. I was highly impressed at how good the quality was also, that may sound a bit snobby but with Primark the quality is sometimes reflected in the low cost price. This is definitely not one of those items though, it is lined and keeps me really warm. I sized right down to a 6 on this one as its a cocoon oversized fit and anything bigger seemed to drown me. This one fits perfectly even with chunky knits worn underneath. I am going back at the weekend and if it’s still available I am going to snap up the grey version as it’s so cheap and grey is a good base colour to have and wear with all sorts.
I got one of the ASOS ‘forever’ t-shirts and they are so comfortable. They are quite a slinky material which I normally don’t like but these fit so nicely and hang well too. I got this white one and I also picked up a black one as they are staple pieces and you can never have too many boyfriend fit tees in my opinion. The boots are also a recent ASOS purchase, I just needed a simple pair of flat ankle boots and these were only £45 which I thought was a very good price. They have a mock croc effect all over and buckle up at the sides (the buckle is gold which is an absolute bonus). They also have a gold line that runs around the base of the boot.
My jeans are my fave Jamie’s from Topshop, I am looking for a pair everywhere at the moment that are exactly like this but cannot seem to find a pair of skinny ankle grazer jeans in mid blue that don’t have ripped knees. It’s proving to be an impossible task so if you see any give me a shout. The bag is an old ebay purchase, unfortunately I can’t afford the real thing *sob*.
The pendant is the second one I received from the lovely people at Joshua James Jewellery. It’s so cute! I think this would also look really nice on a long chain too for something a little bit different. I like the filigree style detail on it and it makes a change for me to wear something different that doesn’t say my name or is the letter ‘G’. I can’t help it I just love anything with initials on it! I will wear this one loads though, it’s good for when you need a necklace but nothing too statement making but also not too small to even notice. Get 10% off your first order with the code SHINE.
