I wore this outfit a little while ago for my beautiful little nieces christening. I have blogged this dress before a few months back when I was on holiday and a lot more tanned might I add, boo! I have had so much wear from this piece (and the navy version which I also have) and it was only, a very purse friendly, £9! I absolutely love bagging a bargain. I thought it was perfect for a christening and I love the all over texture, it makes it a little more interesting. I kept all my accessories gold as I think cream and gold complement each other so well.
The belt is probbaly my favourite one in my wardrobe, I got it from Topshop ages ago and have worn it no end since then. You can get similar versions to this one which I have linked above. I kept jewellery very minimal minimal but all gold to go with the gold accents on my shoes and belt. I wore my chunky MK boyfriend watch and I stacked a few thin gold rings up. I went without a necklace as I felt it would look too OTT. I opted for a contrasting black bag which I got from the lovely people at Repertoire Fashion (bag linked above). It is nice and compact with two compartments to organise your stuff into. In one compartment it has an internal zip pocket for valuables like your phone and it also has integrated ATM card, ID slots. The lining is also a gorgeous floral silk. IT has a detatchable gold chain which went niceley with the rest of my outfit.
This dusky pink blazer is a rather old purchase, probably about 2 years ago or possibly even 3! I don’t get it out a great deal as it kind of gets forgotten about in amongst my million other jackets, blazers and coats. I do, however, love it a lot every time I wear it. It is such a beautiful dusky pink colour with gold buttons, the lining is a pinstripe ivory and pink which looks like when the sleeves are turned up once. It always smartens up a look nicely but then it can also be worn in a more casual semi smart way for a girly lunch for example, by teaming it with skinny jeans, a boyfriend tee, flats and some jewellery/sunnies.
Last but not loeast I got these cute heels from Public Desire, one of my favourite new shoe destinations. They seemed like the perfect and most obvious choice to wear as they were white and had a gold bar ankle strap. I love the snake skin texture too which is just a nice twist on a plain leather strap. They have a block heel which means they are really comfy to wear all day long too. They come in a range of different colours, you are bound to find something to suit your style on Public Desire and at great prices too.
