I got this charcoal grey top in Topshop last week. It’s a really good basic to have, it’s so comfy and it comes in a few different colours too. I don’t have many casual tops after having a massive clear out recently so I snapped this one up. It has a zip up the top section on the back too. I was off for dinner and pub quiz with the girls so I wanted something comfortable and not too dressy as it’s just a local pub.
The jeans have been on the blog a fair few times and they are still my top contender of all my black jeans. The rips give the skinny jeans an edge and when combined with the faux leather jacket it give the overall look a more laid back vibe. The jacket is an H&M bargain, I always head there first when looking for a new black faux leather biker as they always seem to do them as great prices and last me forever.
Instead of Converse trainers which I would normally go for when wearing ripped jeans and an overall casual look I opted for these shiny gold bad boys. I got these quite a while ago from Boohoo and I adore them. They do draw some stares when I wear them but I kind of expected that as they are a bit out there. They are going to be perfect for the impending festive season. I will be wearing them black with A-line and shift dresses that are quite simple. I will add the shoes and gold jewellery to give them a seasonal twist.
The faux fur collar is one of my favourite items at this time of year. You can pair it with anything from leather jackets to cocoon coats to cardigans. It goes with everything as it’s quite a neutral colour and easy to work into your wardrobe.
