This dress doesn’t need much explaining, it’s one of the most beautiful dresses I own and I am very proud to say that one of my lovely friends Cat is the designer! I have different versions of this dress in a variety of colours and prints. Wearing them will never get old, they are such stand out dresses and always receive so many compliments. They are the perfect dresses to takeaway on holiday with you and are just real show stoppers. (The wind was a bit of a mare as my hair was all over the place for the pictures but luckily the dress distracts from that)

 This beautiful mustard version with sequin paisley style embellishment is one of my faves (although it’s hard to pick because they are all so gorgeous). I am off again in September so will definitely be taking another embellished dress along with me to show you guys. I believe that Cat is planning on bringing these dresses back soon as they were so popular the first time around. They were featured in Cosmopolitan, Look, Harpers Bazaar and a few other publications too. The dress alone is an absolute stunner due to the detail but then you turn around and see that its backless and it just wows.

If you don’t fancy wearing it in the evening you can always wear it on the beach or for a day trip out over your bikini for a beachy vibe. The dress really doesn’t need any accents so I kept everything else plain and simple. My boyfriend watch and a couple of skinny gold rings was the only jewellery I wore and I kept the sandals plain by opting for a thin gold strappy pair. My studded black bag tied into the outfit because of the gold studs.

Catriona went on to design a variety of dress styles as well as some beautiful beaded crop tops which I snapped up a couple of. She is now living in Dubai so the dresses went on hold for a while and are not currently on sale but any news on the return on these beauties and I will ensure you guys are the first to know. I have a stunning red and gold embellished version and am thinking of doing a giveaway so let me know if this would be of interest to you.
