One of my latest purchases is this adorable burgundy Autumn perfect jumper with an attatched white embroidered collar. I was shopping around on ASOS the other day for some light jumpers as after doing an inventory of my clothes I noticed I have a ton of heavier knits but not many thin lightweight jumpers. I love to layer jumpers with shirts so it’s always good to have a few thinner jumpers as you can build up the layers without it looking too bulky. I landed upon this jumper and it ticked all the right boxes plus came with a collar already attached which is brilliant as it makes it such an easy choice to just throw on, add a necklace if you wish and go.
The colour of this jumper is exactly the shade I was looking for as my winter knits are all in greys, blacks or creams and I didn’t really have many warmer tones so getting this was a no brainer. I love the embroidered detailing on the collar it adds a girly twist to an otherwise fairly masculine look. I also added a gold necklace which just peeps through the centre gap in the collar. I kept the rest of the outfit more simple just opting for a mid wash skinny jean, my boyfriend watch and some cute tassel loafers.
The shoes were another ASOS purcase that I got at the same time as the jumper. I must admit that I had a bit of a mini haul which I will be working my way through the bits to show you. I couldn’t help myself as there is so much I am loving on ASOS at the moment and my saved list is a lot more than my bank balance would allow, so narrowing it down was a hard task. Back to the shoes, they are a bargain at just 18 pounds! They are a slightly off white colour and have little tassels on the front of each shoe. They are super comfotable and I will definitely be getting a lot of wear out of these. They are more casual due to the rounded toe of the shoe so they will be more day time wear for me. The neutral colour is good for pairing up with pretty much anything.
I’m flying home soon ish so while the weather is still beautiful here I am making the most of it and heading back up to my favourite cliff top cafe Akrotiri with my boyfriend. I have practically lied up here for the last three weeks but if you could visit this place you would totally understand why. I’ve also got to make the most of not having to wear a coat and boots because I’m sure as soon as I land back in blighty I will most certainly feel the chill!
I am thinking of starting a youtube channel mainly just to show my hauls all in one go and lookbooks but that will have to wait until I get a better camera and laptop. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in as I havent ventured into this territory before. I will have to learn how to make and edit videos but it’s definitely someting I am interested in doing.
